TDEE stands for total daily energy expenditure and is the amount of energy in calories you burn per day.

Your TDEE is your calculated calorie maintenance levels. This is the amount of calories that is required per
day to keep you are your current weight.
Once we have calculated this we can then determine the calories required for you to drop Body fat and Build
Now you have your TDEE calculation you have a rough figure of the amount of calories needed to maintain your weight.
Above I have put the recommended percentages of each macronutrient depending on your preference to a higher or moderate carb diet.
